Our Return Policy

   Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Please do not ship back any merchandise without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact WMSPEED to receive an RMA number. WMSPEED permits returns with no fees if the product is returned within 14 days of delivery, if it is unopened and in its original packaging. If the product has been removed from the original packaging, has not been installed in any way, and requires repackaging but is in 100% sale-able condition (to be determined by WMSPEED) a restocking fee will be assessed in an amount equal to the greater of $5 or 10% of the cost of the product. WMSPEED will not refund any shipping and handling fees related to a returned purchase. Valid proof of purchase must be provided to receive an RMA number. Any purchases made through one of WMSPEED's vendor's are subject to that vendor's return policies. WMSPEED cannot accept the return of an item purchased through a vendor without the consent of WMSPEED and said vendor. Please Note: If 2 items were ordered and the order qualified for free shipping, but the return of 1 of the 2 items brings the new invoice amount (after your refund) below $100, the original cost of shipping will be debited from your refund, since the order would no longer be eligible for free shipping.
